So i'm studying feedback design and how that plays into psychology and neuroscience but I'm interested in first hand experiences.
What do you find most challenging about giving feedback to students? Are marking rubrics restrictive to the natural development of trust and communication between teacher and student? Are we all too sensitive now for it to even work anymore? Are grades the goal or the enemy?
I'm interested in what other educators feel when they are given feedback policies or guidelines and how they would go about feedback if they weren't restricted by time and expectation
