I am a consistent A- to A grade student, how can I get myself to a consistent A+ level?

Title. I am a comfortable A grade student. I generally get Straight A’s at a Year 10 level. But the issue is that I only get A’s to A-‘s consistently, rarely A+’s. I want to reach the level of a consistent A+ before I start Year 11. But the question is how. I study well, I ask for feedback numerous times before the submission of an assessment, I spend hours studying and perfecting an assessment before submission and yet I still don’t achieve that miraculous A+. What am I doing wrong? What am I lacking? Do I need to put more effort into an assessment? What else could I possibly do?
