Universities in the US

One of my students who recently graduated is thinking of studying in the US and i just had a few questions as I didn’t study there. He is thinking of Colorado, Pennsylvania, and Oklahoma and wants to know the following: 1- he an Arab Muslim so which one is the safest in terms of racism and crime. 2- which ones have the best architectural engineering 3- which ones have good housing 4- what about activities outside of the academic life. 5- anything extra that I haven’t thought about. He is worried about everything happening on the news, so any help would be much appreciated
