be aware of all efforts made to get kids passed this year. all the extra time that has not been officially noted. all the things you let "slip by".
Pushing kids through, turning a blind eye , accommodations made and not recorded, accommodations in place under used.
This years student records you hand in could be used for data proving hybrid model is successful. No matter how many hours you put in, somebody who is looking to cut major funds/jobs to education, and push hybrid full time will have data to back its sucess up.

just be vocal and record as much data you can.
