IN YOUR OPINION, how should the federal government spend/allocate the ARPA funds earmarked for education ($170 billion) in order to best improve the system?

Back in March, President Biden signed the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) which allocated $170 billion dollars for education, which makes it the biggest ever single investment in our education system. On its face, this is a really wonderful opportunity, but without plans and clear sense of how to improve the system, some worry that the moment (and the money) will be squandered.

IN YOUR OPINION, how should the federal government spend/allocate the ARPA funds earmarked for education ($170 billion) in order to best improve the system?
