What jobs can i get with a bachelor of commerce degree?

I hope I can post this here because I really need some advice.

I am in my 4th year and my major is Management. I was wondering what kind of jobs I can get with this degree? I am scared I would end up being a manager at a grocery and that's where I will spend the rest of my life. I want to work in high corporate positions. Do I have to do anything additional to this degree to attain that? I am about to graduate and I am so lost and scared that I will fail.
