Im currently in a bit of a situation. Im applying for a library job, amd their background check wasn't able to verify that I completed a high school equivalent exam back in 2016. Unfortunately my diploma is lost somewhere in my parents house, and I dont have any of the account information I made at the time to be able to reorder my diploma. What im missing is my ETS ID in order to order the certificates, and none of the websites or numbers that i've called have been able to help me.
Does anyone have any experience with this that can help?
