Russian students studying abroad at risk of being expelled?

I have a Russian friend who's very worried that she'll be expelled from university because of the war in Ukraine.

She keeps bringing up how students in Poland and Czech have already been expelled because of their Russian origin and I can't seem to calm her down but neither can I find any evidence of this, I even tried calling one of the universities - Technical University of Ostrava, from which apparently someone was expelled but didn't get any info.

It's driving me insane how she keeps getting new ''info'' which I can't even get a whiff off and then having a panic attack.

Is it true and if so is this sentiment backed by the EU.
