Teacher interviews

Looking for teachers who enjoy doing their jobs (more than others who had left or are leaving soon or has overall not very good experiences) so can do an informative interview

Does anyone here have blogs (or other sites) where you talk about your experiences in school you work at

I need some way to get the full experience of what teachers experience. So another way is to find a list of specific locations that has teacher assistants so can get the full experience to see if it'd be good to do

Could send a pm/chat if you'll like. Only thing i know is it won't be anywhere that requires getting masters, but someone mentioned in pm/chat that some school district covers a masters but it seems like its very rare or not often and just random in general. Thanks
