Frustrated

I just moved from CA to NV. I am getting frustrated because I want to teach, I want to work , I need an income. My BA degree is in Political Science, MA in Public Relations. I have my NV Sub teaching credential. My experience spans out for the last 10 years. CCSD needs teachers and subs. CCSD has a lot of vacancies. Yet the process is taking forever. I thought it was only CCSD however it’s more agencies than I thought. I thought Ca has you jump through hoops to get a job and license . NV is IMO backwards when it comes to that
