This product features extremely restrictive software that does not function on common classroom and personal hardware like Chromebooks, iPads, or Samsung devices. When I reached out to customer service regarding these major compatibility roadblocks, the sales representative was unprofessional, rude, and dismissive, stating I "should have known" and refusing a refund.
