I have some questions before going back to school for education.

1. How do you create lesson plans?

2. Do lesson plans lead to creating assignments?

3. How do you create assignments for the year? Do you get a template from the district, online, etc?

4. What would you want to know as a first year teacher?

5. Any tips for teaching or working in a classroom in general? I'm currently looking for an online social studies education degree so thats what stage I am in, I also work fulltime as a middle school paraprofessional.
