Concentration Problem

So it’s been like 5 months since school started and i am not gonna lie I like going to school, but since I am applying to college this year I found out that I can’t concentrate when I am studying. It’s really annoying I have tried many things but they didn’t work. I think the cause of the problem is that girl. I need advice on how to get rid of this problem because I need those grades
