Kind of Clueless: Searching for a Course in the US

"How do you do, fellow kids?"

Well, as the title says i feel kind of clueless:

I want to study in the US for a period of 2-3 weeks during my holidays from work. As I would like to dive a little in the American culture for a few days without quitting my job for a longer period of time (so in case you have other ideas other than studying a course, will be welcome :D)

I don't need to study a full intensive Master or super expensive/top tier course. But I dont want to loose my time and study something useful. I don't know if universities offer this free lessons or so.

To give you some of my background, I'm 29, with a Management Masters degree and currently working as Business Data Analyst (but willing to change to HR at some point in a future I'd be interested in study something related to:)

  1. Big Data and Business Intelligence (not too technical, rather a business use).
  2. Human Resources.
  3. Management/Business/Leadership trends.
  4. Cinema (totally newbie here): how to film, create a film/short/documentary and so on.
  5. English lessons for business.

Any ideas, or clues on where to start searching would be of so much help.
What I found so far from my coutry are "Course search" companies such as ESL or EF that as far as I know, tend to offer free courses in the destiny country with ridicoulously high prices (yesterday I found a cinema course around 5K for 2 weeks where they price you for everything very high amounts of money).

About location preferences I dont have many, I wouldnt mind to go to the East Coast (PA,NY,MA and so on) but I'm willing to hear everything.

Thank you!
