Options for completing high school?

Hi, not sure if this is the right subreddit, delete if it’s not! I (20f) did online school my senior year of HS. it was a self paced, paid private school and I did really well. Right before graduating though, my life went crazy and I stopped doing my schoolwork. I ended up not completing my last two courses, English 4 and Spanish 3. I’m now in a position to finish and was wondering what my options were? Can I complete them through the school still since it is self paced? Do I get a GED? Is there a way I can just complete my English class and be done? I really want to just get it done. It’s really embarrassing not having a high school diploma and I’d like to move on.
