What bachelors/ master should I get?

I'm interested in working with genetical engineering in the future. Programming your body so it'll regrow teeth and stuff like that.

This year I'll finish my Higher General Secondary Education (unless I duck up of course) and I wanna get a bachelors degree and attend university after that.

My best options for a bachelor's are: biology and medical laboratory research, and biotechnology. For uni I can choose biomolecular sciences or biology where I live. If neccessary I'm willing to study in the UK.

I don't really know where I should be looking as I don't know where I can find work in the field in which I wanna research.

Anyone who can help me out?
