How to combine job and university when your study program isn't distance

Hey hey
I really need an advice
I'm 18 (M), from Ukraine and I'm interested in affordable education
As I can see there is only 1 way - Poland private universities
I know Polish but I would study in English
I have only 2k$ that equal 1 year study program from 3 years.
So I can pay for 1 year but I don't know how to deal with it.
I must attend university however I need to earn for it
If you were in my shoes what would you do?
