Is dadeschools.net down, because my little brother doesn't want to show me his had grades

My little brother, who I fucking adore, has terrible grades but everytime I ask to see them he says "the website is down." I don't know if he's putting in the wrong password or if it's actually true. Can someome let me know if he's bullshitting?

EDIT: the moment I said "I'm going to mom about this so you better just tell me instead" and suddenly the website works again
