Leaving My Apprenticeship

I’m 18 and currently doing a finance apprenticeship, the pay is minimum so obviously crap, and the work isn’t even that amazing. I’m not loving it and I wouldn’t leave without a backup plan but I’m not sure it’s the best thing to do. I’ve been there 3 months, which I know isn’t that long but it just really isn’t for me, office jobs are very clearly not my thing, I debated staying to finish my course but that doesn’t finish until at least next year, I’m not exactly sure when. So I really want some advice, thank you :)
