What is the biggest issue in searching for teaching resources online and then implementing them into your classroom?

Hi everyone! My name is Joshua Welsh and I'm a recent graduate from Virginia Tech. For the past couple of months, I've been working on a resource sharing platform for K-12 educators.

I wanted to start a discussion on how teachers find outside resources and then implement them into a new or existing lesson plans. I'm trying to figure out what the biggest problem is when searching for outside resources and then using them for your unique classroom. What would you all look for in a resource sharing platform that would best help your teaching style (especially with Virtual Learning) ? Feel free to leave any feedback and ideas!
