What do you think of having 3 teachers per school year that swap classes every period and always teach the same material?

This way teachers would have much less work preparing.

The program would have to be divided in a way that wouldn't be an issue to change the order.

Example: Let's say 6 classes, 3 teachers. Divide the program in 3 and let each teacher always teach the same part.

On first trimester- teacher A would have class A and B. And teach them part 1.
Teacher B would have class C and D and teach part 2.
Teacher C would have class E and F and teach part 3.

On second trimester - teacher A would have class C and D and teach them part 1.
Teacher B would have class E and F and teach part 2.
Teacher C would have class A and B and teach part 3.

On 3rd trimester - teacher A would have class E and F and teach part 1.
Teacher B class A and B part 2.
Teached C class C and D part 3.
