Post pandemic planning advice

Hey teachers!

My admin team and principal are doing some PD sessions on post pandemic planning and mapping and they asked me to lead one session - and I’m wondering if your schools are doing this too?

I’m not sure if I’m even thinking beyond next month and they are thinking 6-12 months ahead for the upcoming school year. I’m not sure if these sessions are relevant to me right now but it is important I guess.

What would you recommend I say to them?
