Anyone know what you need to complete in middle school homeschool to go back to public school?

I'm going to public school next year.

These are the courses I took

-6th grade math, 2 segments -6th grade science, 2 segments -6th grade ELA, 1 segment -7th grade math, 2 segments -7th grade science, 2 segments -7th grade ELA, 1 segment -8th grade civics, 2 segments -8th grade math, 2 segments -8th grade science, 2 segments -8th grade ELA, 2 segments

I'm nervous about ELA and history. My mom read somewhere that I only needed to take 1 segment of ELA and only needed to take civics but I think she might've been wrong. I used FLVS.

I really don't want to homeschool again. I've hated it and was horribly sad for about two years, one of the factors being homeschool. I'm scared that if it ends up not working out then I'm either gonna have to work my ass off to no end during the summer or homeschool again. If I have to do the summer then I'll do it but I wouldn't be able to stand homeschooling again. I have a bit of anxiety and am in tears just thinking about what will happen. Does anyone have any information on this? I'm so scared
