Why technological advancements mean games are the most optimal method of learning.

Hello everyone!

I am currently writing my dissertation for University and my chosen area of study is regarding games and why they are potentially the best way to teach students about a great deal of topics, for example; the living conditions in the Second World War. The player/student will have a more immersive and personal understanding of the severity in comparison to the likes of a textbook.

What are your thoughts on the matter?

Do you have any advice on what I should include in the study?

What would games change about the way we teach students, pros and cons?
