Having trouble picking my what I want to study after being medicated with ADHD

19 years of my education was extremely uneventful because of my ADHD and family issues causing me to have extreme trouble learning. I recently got medicated and had feel like I can study so many things and subjects but I am unable to pick because all of my previous options were things I considered when I was in a completely different state. After being medicated and more capable of learning I wish I could go back and retake my entire education. I do not know what I want to study and the deadlines to pick something has been somewhat stressful because of my families current situation. Any advice for someone in my current situation
