Are they any high school/middle school teachers that would be willing to answer a quick, 6 question survey for my research paper?

I'm researching school internet bans, and I wanted to broaden my scope beyond my local area. The questions are straight forward, it should be less than 10 minutes. I'd greatly appreciate it.
