So our school has about 330 students (2/3 building). I would like to propose the idea of having an assistant principal at our school. I am having trouble finding good data on reasons why we would need one. Obviously, I could say we need one because of behavior/instructional leadership/ etc, but does anyone know of actual data that I could lay down that a Supt could not turn away from?
