advice about withdrawing from classes!!

hey guys !! so i’m currently trying to transfer to FSU in the fall and i have a 3.78 GPA prior to this semester. although with covid and my mental health i’m failing a class currently and have 2 C’s this semester which i really don’t want on my transcript and have it ruin my gpa. my counselor said i can take a semester of W’s so all 5 of my courses would be with-drawled from is this a good idea ?? idk how it’s going to affect me getting into FSU and grad school. i’m also taking a gap next semester and going to re-do my junior year starting next fall
