Classroom Pets and CCSS Survey

Hello fellow teachers! I am finishing up my master's program and have created a few lessons that tie CCSS to classroom pets. The scope of my project is fairly small, so I am limited to only one lesson for each core subject, and one animal. The lessons also somewhat skew toward upper elementary, but some, especially the ELA one, would be appropriate for all grade levels. You are free to use/modify/etc any of the lessons, I am just looking for feedback on the concept. You can look at one or all lessons, the most important parts are the surveys at the moment.
