Where can I get help on this? Should I ask my teacher? What should I say? It’s for a reassessment tomorrow to get a better grade and I need to figure out how to do this but I just can’t.

Please help me with these problems, why am I wrong?

My teacher said “Incorrect equation” My answer got a 1/2

My teacher said “Incorrect: No equation and wrong graph” My answer got a 0/2

I asked my teacher what she means by what she said as to why my answers are incorrect and she said

“for both, you needed to do the math to show how you generated the new equation like how I showed you  in class. It’s not just explaining using verbal words. 

And, one of your equation was incorrect, therefore your graph was wrong. The other one you didn’t even generate an equation and your graph was wrong. 

Please show your marg on #10 & #11.”

What would be what I’d have to write for the answers that would be correct? Also I just don’t understand what my teacher means as to why I am incorrect and what she means by no equation and wrong equation.
