Liberal Arts, what now?

I don't know if this is the right place to ask but 6 years ago I finished bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts.

Since then, life has thrown so many curve balls in my way. I'm now wondering what to do with it. I paid good money for it, spent many years with it, and now I don't know what to do.

Any advice?
