Hello, I’m really hoping I can get some insight from general education and special education teachers. My final project for my students with exceptionalities class is to create a family engagement plan that is inclusive to both types of students and their families. Do any of you have any engagements tips or activities that you apply to your classroom that I could use in my paper? I have quite a few ideas now such as weekly newsletters, website/FB group for photos and updates, home visits, fun activity nights, traveling notebook, student showcase. Any help you give would be appreciated. Thanks!
