Currently preparing a presentation on the benefits of pursuing a college education for incoming high school students and I'm wondering if anyone has some unconventional thoughts/experiences that you believe are reasons to go to college or benefits from attending college.
We tell kids to go to college because it gives them better job prospects, they'll make more money, etc. but between the increasingly difficult job market and the rising costs of education it sometimes feels like a tough sell. Any ideas?
