What disciplines are the most relevant for BSc in Science degree in biology scheme

Hi All

My sister selected for college and she had to chose 3 disciplines out of many from the beginning. she already selected

• botany
• zoology

however she is struggle with 3rd subject as what would be most helpful for her in future. botany and zoology is what she like and want to follow a career later. the available disciplines are

• physics
• chemistry
• applied maths
• pure maths
• computer science

any advice for the 3rd subject would be greatly helpful. thanks a lot
