Moving from the UK to the U.S. at 17

Hello, I'm moving to the US from the UK I'm 17 and I was wondering how long it would take me to graduate high school if If I have good GCSEs? GCSEs are qualifications you get after you take your GCSE exams at 16. You learn 5 years about Maths,English Science, Geography , history etc.
