Do I Take Math Foundations 30 or Pre-Calculus 20 as A grade 10 student?

So I this year I recently took Math foundations 20 and have the option to take Math foundations 30, but after High school I was thinking about either going into Medicine or Neurology and heard that you'd need Pre-cal for either 2 courses. I'm currently undecided and was wondering if anyone could give me a clear understanding of the benefits of both considering my choices for After High School.
