I've been living in Las vegas for several years, unhired. I don't understand why there are multimillonn dollar charities dedicated to recruiting teachers when Nevada has among the worst reputation for teaching children and they refused to hire me. Not to brag, but All of the children that I have taught learn. Other teachers have accused me of cheating on state tests because of my high scores, (I didn't). I am pretty sure it is either political bs or the recognition that I am a male in my 40s that cares to help children. Still, pretty jaded here.
