I can't help but think about all the teachers who may retire early or just quit with covid. It's been a stressful year and so unpredictable. There are many young graduates looking for teaching jobs and I doubt they'll struggle to find a job next year with the way things are going. I'm am determined to get through it and get stronger as a result. I'm trying to be positive. I have friends who retired this school year at the thought of remote teaching. I get it. They're burned out already and this year will just be too much to handle, but I want to tell teachers it does get better. This is a tough year for all of us, kids included. They need us. Let's pray for a better days ahead. Teaching is rewarding and we are making a difference. One student at a time.
