DE&I for K-12

What does the ideal DE&I plan look like for K-12 from your perspective?

I’m not an educator and not looking to start a debate. Just trying to understand what has worked well for others.

What should the goal of a public school DE&I plan be? How should it be presented? Any specific materials you’d recommend? Are there speakers you like who are appropriate for a child audience?
