Do you think your local public school district will have enough educators to function in the coming school year?

The district's in my area (Virginia but not northern Virginia near DC) are all searching for three to four times more teachers than usual for this time of year (summer break). I can't imagine they will get close to filling these positions (I might be wrong) do people in other areas doubt the ability of local school districts to even get close to getting a teacher in front of most of their students?

To clarify my local district usually fills it's positions, this is very out of the ordinary.
