I have a 2.97 GPA going into my Junior year of college, is it possible to get a 3.5 (or above) by the time I graduate 2 years from now?

Hello, as the title says, I have a GPA of 2.97. (schools GPA is a 3.3, but my transfer GPA is a 1.6 because I goofed around my first year at another school... ugh). I’m hoping I can atleast graduate with a 3.5 or above by the time I graduate, is this possible to do?
