Grad School Applications Help

So I applied for a school online the other day and in that application I was asked to include 3 people for Letters of Recommendation. Keep in mind that I asked multiple professors and got 3 of them to respond to my emails all agreeing to write one for me. So I used their names and I guess it sends an email with instructions.

Well here’s my issue. One professor has been very on top of this and asked me for all these different materials. I sent them all. One said he would be on the lookout for links with LoR instructions. And the last one I guess I didn’t email back for a few weeks because he asked me for a copy of my resume and I was working on preparing all my documents including that as I mentioned in my first email to him. So anyway, I emailed the second two 9 days ago, letting them know that I plan to start applying soon and gave them a few extra materials that might help. They haven’t emailed me back. Well, I applied the other day and today I sent out emails to confirm that they got an email from the one school that I have applied to so far. It’s been a few hours and none of them (including the one on top of it) emailed me back saying that they got an email from the school. The application deadline is coming up (2 weeks) and I’m trying not to panic. How am I supposed to confirm that they got the LoR email or even plan to write the letters that they said they would write? This is only the first application. Luckily the second school due the same day asks for references, but no LoR, but I don’t want this to go on longer to the deadline of the third school (4 weeks). The third Professor I only asked to write 1 letter and the other 2 are my main recommenders. The one on top of it asked me for a list with descriptions of each school and I did that and even included application deadlines and logically I thought “ok let’s send this to the other main Professor so they know too.” I just don’t want admission to be jeopardized when the other professors don’t write letters they agreed to write.

Please help, what do I do? Idk how else to contact them other than by email
