Help in applying for colleges as an international student.

Hello guys, I am an Indian teen who is a senior and currently preparing for the Indian SAT(JEE). but I also want to apply for colleges in US and Canada. I am confident that I will do good in IELTS AND SAT but the only problem Is that I have very less extracurricular activities and due to the pandemic I didn't really get a chance to do some. I am very good academically tho. Does this mean that I will not be accepted to ivy leagues? And if I could, then what would you suggest me to do to make my resume more impressive.

I want to pursue engineering in computer science. .
