Any reason the high school Board of Education would be trying to contact me a year after graduating?

I received a message from the Board asking me to call them and saying “please” a lot. this message is from Feb 2020, I graduated in may 2019. It is a small school and I was never the best student, but I knew a lot of the staff personally. Any thoughts?
