Any Reading or Language Arts Teachers Here??

I’m a 24F who sucks at communicating with people. I’m majoring in Mathematics. I know after school I will have to preset my work in front of others.

I am horrible at trying to get things out. My vocabulary skills are really low. I do not know a lot of big words. Or even small words that have bigger meanings. I may hear a word and pick it up. But I do not know the definitions !!

I do not know how to talk to cooperate people that are on a higher level than me.

I just want to learn to talk to people more professional. I want my sentences to sound right. I also suck at writing. I find myself writing like a middle schooler !!

FYI, I’VE ALWAYS HAD A HARD TIME IN READING & LANGUAGE ARTS GROWING UP. Barely passed my college writing classes.

Please help !!
