Hello everyone!
Recently Boston University in Boston, MA, USA, has introduced a new B.S. in Education and Human Development. What do you all think of the program from your perspective? I'm only a student so my understanding of the field of education is minimal. I have included a link in the comments below to describe the major in detail.
In general, the program has five pathways; Child and Adolescent Mental Health, Deaf Studies, Educational Design for Transformative Futures, Teaching & Learning, Youth Development & Justice. And below is their general pitch:
This program combines coursework and field-based experiences in education, human development, psychology, and the social sciences, and opens doors to future opportunities such as undergraduate research, teacher licensure, and diverse careers.
