Behavior management resources for small group pull-out interventions

I have recently started a position where I pull out small groups for literacy and math intervention for 30 minutes at a time. Most of the students are cooperative, but as you can imagine, I have some of the more challenging students in these sessions, and some of the most distractable students in the room with them, so it only takes one rebellious or attention-seeking kid to derail the learning.

Most of the articles, guides and resources I've found for managing behavior are directed towards classroom teachers, and do not always apply to the small group setting.

Does anyone know a resource or resources for this setting? I work with 3rd-8th grade (I know, it's a wide range). Thanks!
