My sense of smell has changed all of a sudden

Everything had smelled normal or usually nothing but all of a sudden i have smelt food that smells almost sweaty. I ask my mum if it was just me but she didn’t notice anything at all even my friends didn’t notice a weird smell to it. I am currently in my teenage years but i cant tell why i am experiencing this
