So I'm finishing a 4-year technical high school in Europe with a focus in Electronic Engineering. My school offers the exact same program, curriculum and degree as the Staten Island Technical High School. I took this school as an example just because It's in the US.
However, after applying to Nanyang Technological University for Aerospace, they rejected me just because my degree was technical. I also applied for Economics at Erasmus University and got the same answer. I just hope It's not the same case for Aerospace in the US.
My country's degree Is internationally recognisable, especially as we are permanent international education treaty signers.
What could be causing this? Are the universities being racist just because of the country I come from?
P.S.: I come from Albania.
