Will I get into college

I’m currently a junior who has taken mostly ap and honors courses, aside from a few electives. I have a ACT of 31. I have mostly A’s and B’s. But freshmen year I got a c in first semester GeometryH and this year I will be getting a c in PreCalcH, ApChem, and Spanish 4H. Will I be able to get into a finance program at Penn state, UofI, or UofMaryland.
